§7 What the current release can do
| Developer goal | Toolkit capability |
|---|---|
| Use TTS context in an AI agent | Install and update TikTok Shop OpenAPI, onboarding, FAQ, glossary, and Seller University skills for Codex, Claude Code, Trae, or Trae CN. |
| Find the right API or webhook | Use bundled OpenAPI schema references and official Partner Center documentation fallback instead of relying on model memory. |
| Sign in and connect an App/Shop | Use Partner Center OAuth to sign in, maintain named profiles, select authorized App/Shop context, and switch the active account without pasting tokens into prompts. |
| Inspect App and sandbox context | List supported developer Apps and sandbox accounts, then use the selected identifiers in an explicit workflow. |
| Call supported developer operations | Use fixed, allowlisted DevAPI methods and supported sandbox operations with sanitized JSON output. |
| Maintain the tool | Check versions, diagnose configuration, inspect skill state, and update managed installations. |
§8 Before you begin
- Node.js 18 or later.
- A supported AI coding agent: Codex, Claude Code, Trae, or Trae CN.
- A Partner Center developer account for OAuth-backed App, sandbox, or DevAPI operations.
💡 Keep credentials out of prompts and source code. The CLI stores OAuth tokens in macOS Keychain or Windows CurrentUser DPAPI. Review generated code and validate behavior before using it in production.
