[Important] Upcoming System Upgrade in Live Environment

Deal Developers,

We will have an upcoming system upgrade in the Live Environment:

Date: June 24, 2024

Time: 15:00 - 17:00（UTC/GMT+08:00）

Environment: Live

MX, CO, and CL live environments will be brought down during the maintenance period to simulate maintenance mode and middleware blocking, the impact on the Open Platform side is as follows:

1. No Open API calls from any MX&CO&CL local shops or cb shops are allowed. 2. No Global Product related Open API calls from any partner are allowed. 3. No “v2.merchant.get_merchant_info”, “v2.merchant.get_shop_list_by_merchant”, and “v2.merchant.get_warehouse_eligible_shop_list” calls from any partner are allowed. 4. No “v2.public.get_shops_by_partner” calls from any partner are allowed. 5. No seller and supplier authorization and cancel authorization are allowed.

A common error message will be sent to developers when they make the Open API call during the maintenance period:

- We are upgrading our inner system, no Open API calls from any MX&CO&CL local shops or cb shops are allowed during the maintenance period, please check our announcement for more details and try again later. A common error message will be sent to sellers or suppliers when they conduct the authorization or cancel authorization during the maintenance period:

- We are upgrading our inner system, no authorization and cancel authorization are allowed during the maintenance period, please check our announcement for more details and try again later.

我们即将在生产环境进行服务分市场部署的系统升级：

在维护期间，为了模拟升级模式和可能的中间件阻塞，MX、CO和CL生产环境的服务将会被关闭，对开放平台开发者的影响如下：

1.不允许任何MX、CO和CL本地店铺和跨境店铺调用任何Open API接口

2.不允许任何APP调用Global Product模块下的所有接口

3.不允许任何APP调用v2.merchant.get_merchant_info、v2.merchant.get_shop_list_by_merchant、v2.merchant.get_warehouse_eligible_shop_list接口

4.不允许任何APP调用v2.public.get_shops_by_partner接口

5.不允许任何Seller和Supplier操作授权和取消授权

开发者在维护期间有不允许的接口调用行为时，将会收到如下报错信息：

Seller和Supplier在维护期间进行授权或取消授权时，将会收到如下报错信息：
