[Important] OpenAPI Supports Partial Fulfillment(一店多运) Update

尊敬的开发者，

2020年7月，Shopee推出“一店多运”功能。OpenAPI针对此功能在GetOrderDetails接口新增字段”order_flag”，用于标注区分一店多运店铺的订单是由Shopee履约还是卖家履约。返回值包含：fulfilled_by_shopee, fulfilled_by_cb_seller, fulfilled_by_local_seller。

其中标注为”fulfilled_by_shopee”的订单将由Shopee海外仓库负责发货，卖家不可自行发货。卖家若调用接口发货此类订单，会收到接口报错。

In July 2020, Shopee launched the Partial Fulfillment feature. In OpenAPI, we added a new response field “order_flag” in GetOrderDetails API to indicate whether the order is fulfilled by shopee or by sellers for Partial Fulfillment shop. Order with the “fulfilled by shopee” flag will be sent to buyers from Shopee local warehouse and can not be fulfilled from the seller's side. If you use Init API to arrange shipment for orders with the “fulfilled by shopee” flag, it will return error.
