[Important]Modify the value of estimated_shipping_fee in GetOrderDetails

尊敬的開發者，

鑑於目前GetOrderDetails（https://open.shopee.com/documents?module=4&type=1&id=397）返回的estimated_shipping_fee不是系統產生的預估運費，而是買家支付的運費，OpenAPI團隊將在4月16日將該字段的數據源切換到系統的預估運費。屆時該字段返回值將會發生改變。請各位開發者/賣家提前做好準備，配合OpenAPI團隊更改。

同時，我們將會在下週四（4月2日）上線新的財務結算API，此API會返回buyer_paid_shipping_fee。您可以參考以下測試文檔提前測試

Dear developer,

Given that the current estimated_shipping_fee returned by GetOrderDetails(https://open.shopee.com/documents?module=4&type=1&id=397) is not the correct estimated_shipping_fee generated by the system, but the buyer_paid_shipping_fee. OpenAPI team will switch the data source of this field to the estimated_shipping_fee on 16th April. The value returned by this field will change at that time. Developers / sellers are requested to prepare in advance and cooperate with OpenAPI team to make changes.

At the same time, we will launch a new API for order accounting next Thursday(2nd April). This API will return buyer_paid_shipping_fee. You can refer to the following test document to test in advance:
