§1 [Important] Category Tree Expansion From 3 Levels to 5 Levels
Dear Developer,
In order to enhance the user experience on item upload process, we will expand the category tree from current 3 levels to up to 5 levels. The estimate release date would be early June and there will be another announcement on this.
The API and logic to fetch categories and attributes remain the same. Before the release, please ensure your system will be compatible with this expansion(e.g. frontend design). On the release day, you just need to retrieve the categories and attributes again.
After it's rolled out, you should expect much fewer or no more category and attribute change as we contantly have so far.
