Significant OpenAPI Updates

Dear Developer,

Please see below for the recent significant API updates:

- Optimized API

• All APIs

Return request_id in the response body for error tracking and troubleshooting purpose.

• logistics.Init

Validate logistics channel cutoff time when seller edits pickup time by calling Init API with different pickup_time_id.

• logistics.Init

TrackingNo will be no longer a mandatory input for non-integrated channel order when calling Init to arrange shipment.

- OpenPlatform

• Push Mechanism - TrackingNo

Push order's trackingNo to callback url once it's generated and fetchable. With this developers can save the effort of keep calling Init or GetOrderDetails to get TN when latency issue exists.
