Starting from May 18, 2026 (local time), the Shopee Thailand site will undergo a platform system upgrade. The upgrade is expected to last throughout the day on May 18, 2026.

Before the system upgrade begins, please ensure that affected sellers do not have any ongoing promotional activities during the upgrade period.

For OpenAPI users, it is recommended to avoid creating or modifying promotions through the following APIs during this period:

• Discount
• ShopFlashSale
• Other promotion-related APIs

On May 18, 2026, sellers are advised not to make any price or promotion adjustments for products on Thailand shops during the system upgrade period.

After the system upgrade is completed on May 18, 2026 (local time), sellers may resume participating in related promotional activities and restore promotion settings.
