[BR] Seller Logistics SPI App Type Now Available

Dear Developers,

We would like to announce an update to the App creation and go-live flow for the Seller Logistics channel on Shopee Open Platform. This update is only for BR local sellers, and simplifies the configuration process for your Freight Quotation API and brings improvements to authorization management.

With this update, developers can create a Seller Logistics SPI App directly in the Open Platform Console and configure the Host URL for the freight quotation service.

Unlike OpenAPI, where developers make calls to access Shopee services, in SPI, Shopee makes calls to the endpoint provided by the developer or partner. For Seller Logistics, this endpoint will be used to request freight quotations, and the seller's logistics system will need to provide the shipping fee and estimated delivery time.

How does the new flow work?

1 - Simplified App Creation

• When creating the App in the Open Platform Console, select Seller Logistics (intended exclusively for developers using SPI for freight quotation in Brazil).
• The Test Redirect URL Domain field is no longer displayed or required during App creation/editing.

2 - Service Endpoint Configuration (Go Live)

• On the App details page (status Developing), click Go Live.
• In the Service Endpoint Configuration section, complete the following fields:
• Live Host URL (Required): Enter the production URL starting with https:// that will receive freight quotation requests.
• Logistics Channel (Required): Select the logistics channel corresponding to your integration (single selection via radio button).
• The historical IP Address Whitelist and Other IT Assets Declaration fields have been removed from this step to streamline the submission process.

3 - Validation and Submission for Review

• After completing the Endpoint information and submitting the Go Live, your App status will automatically change to Auditing.

4 - Permanent Shop Authorization

• After the App is approved and enters Online status, the authorization granted by sellers for this logistics service becomes Permanent (with no expiration date), ensuring continued stability for sending freight quotations.

Audit Timeline:

After submitting the Go Live configuration, the App will enter the technical review phase by the Shopee internal team.

• Status: Auditing
• Review Time: The estimated time to complete the App audit and approval process is 10 business days, which may be extended depending on the reviews required for App approval.
• After Approval: The App status will change to Online, and the Service Endpoint configuration will take effect in the production environment.

2 - Host URL配置(上线)

• 在 App 详情页(状态为 Developing) 点击 Go Live。
• 在 Service Endpoint Configuration 部分完成以下配置:
• Live Host URL(必填):输入接收运费报价请求的生产环境 URL, 且必须以 https:// 开头。
• Logistics Channel(必填):选择与您的集成对应的物流渠道(仅支持单选)。
• IP Address Whitelist 和 Other IT Assets Declaration 字段已从此步骤中移除, 以简化提交流程。

3 - 验证并提交审核

• 完成并提交 Go Live 后，App 状态将自动变更为 Auditing。

4 - 永久店铺授权

• App 审核通过并进入 Online 状态后, 卖家针对该物流服务授予的授权将变为永久授权（无到期时间）, 从而确保运费报价请求能够持续稳定地发送。

提交 Go Live 配置后, App 将进入 Shopee 内部团队的技术审核阶段。

• 状态: Auditing
• 审核时间: App 审核及批准预计需要 10 个工作日; 根据 App 审批所需的审核内容, 实际时间可能会有所延长。
• 审核通过后: App 状态将变更为 Online, Service Endpoint 配置也将正式在生产环境中生效。
