[Important] Open Platform Notification Center Launch Announcement

Dear Developers,

To help you receive, view, and manage platform notifications more efficiently, Open Platform launch the new Notification Center. After this upgrade, platform announcements, important email notifications, system reminders, and other notifications will be displayed in one centralized place, with more flexible notification receiving configurations.

The update details are as follows:

1. New Notification Center

A new Notification Center section will be added to the Open Platform Console sidebar, including the following entries:

• My Notifications: A new entry for viewing platform notifications related to the current account
• Notification Config: A new entry for configuring notification receiving settings and recipients for different notification types
• Recipient List: An existing entry for maintaining and verifying notification recipient email addresses

If there are unread notifications under the currently logged-in account, the unread count will be displayed next to My Notifications.

2. New My Notifications Page

You can view platform notifications in one centralized place on the My Notifications page, including platform announcements and email notifications sent to the email address of the current account.

This page supports searching by notification title and content, as well as filtering by notification type, unread status, and other conditions. Unread notifications will be marked with a red dot. After you open the notification details, the notification will be automatically marked as read. You can also select multiple notifications and mark them as read in bulk.

Please note that the read / unread status of notifications will be recorded separately by the current Owner or Member account, instead of by Developer.

3. New Notification Config Page

You can view and manage notification receiving configurations on the Notification Config page, including:

• Whether to receive a certain type of notification
• The recipient list for each notification type
• More detailed configuration for notification types that support sub-categories, such as OpenAPI Updates

Please note:

• Some important notifications, such as security and compliance notifications, account management notifications, and penalty notices, are mandatory and cannot be disabled. However, for scenarios where recipient configuration is supported, you can still adjust the recipient list.
• Only email addresses with Verified or On status can receive notifications. If an email address is in Pending Verification or Pending Re-Verification status, please complete the verification on the Recipient List page first.

4. Permission Updates

All Members can access the My Notifications and Notification Config pages by default, but they cannot modify notification receiving configurations. To modify notification receiving configurations, the Owner must grant the Member the Edit Notification Config permission on Member Management page.

5. Default Notification Settings

After this feature is launched, the system will apply default receiving settings to existing notification types. Most important notifications will be enabled by default and sent to all email addresses under the current Developer account with Verified or On status.

To ensure that you can receive important platform notifications in time, we recommend completing the following actions:

• Go to Notification Config page to review your notification receiving settings.
• Go to Recipient List page to confirm that recipient email addresses have been verified.
• Configure suitable notification recipient scopes based on your team members’ responsibilities.

为了帮助您更高效地接收、查看和管理平台通知，Open Platform 将上线全新的 Notification Center。本次升级后，平台公告、重要邮件通知、系统提醒等通知将被集中展示，并支持更灵活的通知接收配置。

更新内容如下：

1. 新增 Notification Center

Open Platform Console 侧边栏将新增 Notification Center，包含以下入口：

• My Notifications：新增入口，集中查看与当前账号相关的平台通知
• Notification Config：新增入口，配置不同类型通知的接收开关和接收人
• Recipient List：已有入口，用于维护和验证通知接收邮箱

如果当前登录账号存在未读通知，系统将在 My Notifications 入口旁展示未读数量。

2. 新增 My Notifications 页面

您可以在 My Notifications 页面集中查看平台通知，包括平台公告及发送至当前账号邮箱的邮件通知。

该页面支持按通知标题和内容搜索，并可按通知类型、未读状态等条件筛选。未读通知会以红点标识；打开通知详情后，该通知将自动标记为已读。您也可以批量选择通知并标记为已读。

请注意，通知的已读 / 未读状态将按当前 Owner 或 Member 账号 独立记录，而不是按 Developer 维度记录。

3. 新增 Notification Config 页面

您可以通过 Notification Config 页面查看和管理不同类型通知的接收配置，包括：

• 是否接收某一类通知
• 配置该通知类型的接收人列表
• 针对 OpenAPI Updates 等支持子分类的通知，按更细分的通知类型进行配置

请注意：

• 部分重要通知为平台强制发送，例如安全合规、账号管理、处罚通知等，无法关闭；但在支持配置接收人的场景下，您仍可调整接收人列表。
• 只有状态为 Verified 或 On 的邮箱可以接收通知。若邮箱处于 Pending Verification 或 Pending Re-Verification 状态，请先前往 Recipient List 页面完成验证。

4. 权限说明

所有 Member 默认可访问 My Notifications 和 Notification Config 页面，但无法修改通知接收配置。如需修改通知接收配置，需由 Owner 在 Member Management 页面为该 Member 授予 Edit Notification Config 权限。

5. 默认通知配置

本次功能上线后，系统将为现有通知类型设置默认接收配置。大部分重要通知将默认开启，并默认发送至当前 Developer 账号下所有状态为 Verified 或 On 的邮箱。

为确保您能及时接收重要平台通知，建议您完成以下操作：

• 进入 Notification Config 页面，检查各类通知的接收设置。
• 进入 Recipient List 页面，确认接收邮箱已完成验证。
• 根据团队职责，为相关成员配置合适的通知接收范围。
