Open Platform support Member Management and Developer Account Deletion

Dear Developers,

Please note the following changes:

Open Platform support Member Management

With the expansion of developers, the use of open platform features needs to be opened to various employees for operation and management, in order to facilitate your management of employees and improve efficiency, Shopee Open Platform provides the Member Management function, you can create multiple members, and assign different permissions to different members.

Permission management is divided into "Function Permissions" and "APP Permissions". For Test Account, Ticket System, and Recipient List modules, as long as the member has the function permission of the module, then the member can have full functional access, but for App List, Push Mechanism, API Test Tool, API Access Log, Push Log, and Vulnerability Dashboard modules, only when the member has both function permission and app permission, then the member can have full functional access.

You can visit the Member Management page in Console, click the + Add Member button, enter the member’s email, and set the function permissions and app permissions for the member, then click the Submit button to successfully bind the member.

You can view all bound members on the list page, and you can take different actions for members with different status, as shown in the following table:

Member Status	Status Definition	Actions
Active	After you successfully bind the member, the member status will change to Active. The member can log into the Console to access the modules and apps to which you have assigned permissions.	Edit: You can edit the member's function permissions and app permissions. Delete: You can delete the member. The member cannot log into the Console to access the modules and apps to which you have assigned permissions.
Unlink	When the member visits the Console's Account Information page and clicks the Unlink button, the member will be unbound to you and the member's status will change to Unlink. The member cannot log in to the Console to access the modules and apps to which you have assigned privileges.	Re-add: You can rebind the member. Delete: You can delete the member.

Note：

Member does not have permission to Create, Go Live and Delete apps, even if the member has Manage App permission.
Member will not receive email notifications from the platform by default. If the member needs to receive email notifications from the platform, please go to the Recipient List page to add the member as Contact.

Open Platform support Developer Account Deletion

If you have become a developer of the Shopee Open Platform, but due to business restructuring, you will no longer use the developer account to serve Shopee sellers, you can visit the Account Information page in Console, and click the Delete Developer Account button to delete your developer account.

Please note that before deleting the developer account, you need to delete all apps under the account, and after deleting the developer account, it can not be restored, please operate with caution. Besides, the member does not have permission to delete your developer account.

开放平台支持Member Management

随着开发者的规模扩大，对于开放平台功能的使用，需要开放给各个员工进行操作与管理，为了方便您对员工的管理，提高工作效率，虾皮开放平台上线了Member Management功能，您可以创建多个Member，并为不同Member分配不同的权限。

权限管理分为“功能操作权限”与“应用数据权限”两个维度，对于Test Account, Ticket System, Recipient List等模块，Member拥有功能操作权限即可，但是对于App List, Push Mechanism, API Test Tool, API Access Log, Push Log以及Vulnerability Dashboard模块，只有当Member同时拥有功能操作权限与应用数据权限时，才能进行完整的功能访问。

您可以访问Console的Member Management页面，点击+ Add Member按钮，输入Member邮箱，设置Member的功能操作权限与应用数据权限，点击Submit按钮即可成功绑定Member。

您可以在列表页查看所有已绑定的Member，针对不同状态的Member，您可以采取的行为不同，如下表所示：

Member状态	状态解释	您可以采取的行为
Active	您成功绑定Member后，Member状态将会变为Active。 Member可以登录Console访问您为其分配权限的功能模块与数据。	Edit：您可以编辑该Member的“功能操作权限”与“应用数据权限”。 Delete：您可以删除该Member。Member将无法登录Console访问您为其分配权限的功能模块与数据。
Unlink	Member访问Console的Account Information页面，点击Unlink按钮，即可解除与您的绑定关系，Member状态将会变为Unlink。 Member将无法登录Console访问您为其分配权限的功能模块与数据。	Re-add：您可以重新绑定该Member。 Delete：您可以删除该Member。

注意：

1）Member无权Create、Go Live以及Delete应用，即使其拥有Manage App权限。

2）Member默认不会收到平台的邮件通知，若该Member需要收到平台的邮件通知，请您在绑定Member后，前往Recipient List页面将其添加为Contact。

开放平台支持删除开发者账号

若您此前已经入驻成为虾皮开放平台的开发者，但是后续由于业务调整，不再继续使用该开发者账号服务虾皮卖家，您可以前往Console的Account Information页面，点击页面右上角的Delete Developer Account按钮，删除您的开发者账号。

注意，删除开发者账号前，需要将该账号下所有应用全部删除，删除开发者账号后，将不可恢复，请谨慎操作。Member无权删除开发者账号。
