§1 [TW][Important] Product Attribute Adjustments for Selected Categories

Dear Developer,

To improve product information completeness and buyers' search experience, we will adjust the product attribute settings for selected categories, effectively enhancing product exposure and competitiveness. Please review and refine your product attribute settings before the effective date.

Summary of Changes

New attributes have been added for selected categories, and the legacy attributes will be removed starting from the effective date.

Recommendation

Please refer to the attribute list and mandatory-field information in the SEH article and configure the affected categories accordingly.
You can call v2.product.get_attribute_tree to dynamically retrieve the latest attribute definitions for each category, and use the “mandatory” field to confirm whether an attribute is required.

Related APIs

Note: The system will NOT automatically modify or delist existing items. Existing legacy attribute values will remain unchanged and will not be converted to the new attribute values until the seller edits them.
