Dear Developers

Please find below the OpenAPI updates released this time. These changes aim to enhance functionality, improve flexibility, and provide better integration support.

§2 1.[Only for TW] New TS Mark Validation for Product Creation & Update

1.[Only for TW] New TS Mark Validation for Product Creation & Update

To comply with regulatory requirements issued by TW market regulatory authority regarding product safety and occupational accident prevention, Shopee will introduce TS Mark validation for specific categories during product creation and editing, to ensure that TS Mark information provided by sellers is consistent with official government records.

TS Mark Validation Overview

Item	Description
Applicable Products	Newly created products and edited products
Existing Products	Products without any modification will not trigger validation; However, if there is false input or missing input, the item will be detected and unlisted by the system.
Applicable Categories	category_id: 101808, 101801 (The categories that actually apply to this validation actually will be based on the response from the "v2.product.get_attribute_tree" API.)
Validation Trigger	When using attribute_id: 101351 (TS Mark), validation is triggered.
Applicable Sellers	Local TW sellers; CB TW sellers
Validation Method	Data sourced from official government open data
Validation Result	Pass: product can be created or updated Fail: request will be blocked

Cross-Border Product Flow

Global product creation: TS Mark is optional; if provided, validation is required.
Publishing global products to TW shops: For applicable categories, TS Mark is mandatory and must pass validation.

A new error response has been added to the following Open APIs:

为配合台湾市场主管机关针对产品安全与职业防灾的监管要求，Shopee 将在商品创建与编辑流程中，对特定类目启用TS安全标示校验机制，以确保卖家填写的TS安全标示与政府公开资料一致。

TS安全标示校验规则总览

项目	说明
适用商品	新建商品、被编辑的商品
存量商品	未被修改的商品不触发校验，但若有标示不实或未标示之情形，商品将会被系统侦测下架
适用类目	category_id: 101808、101801(实际适用此校验之 category 将以 v2.product.get_attribute_tree API 返回为主)
校验触发条件	使用 attribute_id: 101351 (TS Mark)时，即触发校验
适用卖家	Local TW sellers；CB TW sellers
校验方式	与政府公开资料比对
校验结果	通过：正常创建 / 编辑；失败：请求被拦截

跨境商品流程补充

全球商品创建：TS安全標示为选填；填写则必须校验
全球商品发布至 TW店铺：指定类目下 TS安全標示为必填，且需校验通过
