§1 Shopee Open API New Feature Announcement (BR FBS Support)
Dear Developers.
Please note that the following changes are only applicable to BR FBS sellers:
Background
To help more sellers manage their Fulfillment by Shopee (FBS) operations in BR efficiently via ERP or other external systems, we have introduced multiple new Open API features covering invoice management, service status notifications, blocking reason alerts, and inventory management, enabling sellers to automate their entire workflow.
Feature Updates
- Invoice Management

Example Use Case: Sellers can download FBS invoices directly in ISV/ERP without logging into Shopee Seller Center.
- FBS Service Enrollment Status
v2.fbs.query_br_shop_enrollment_status
Push: fbs_br_shop_enrollment_status_push
Example Use Case: ISV/ERP automatically detects that FBS enrollment is active and prompts the seller to start receiving FBS orders and view FBS Stock on their ISV/ERPs.
- Blocking Reason Notifications

Example Use Case: When incorrect tax information blocks FBS operations, ISV/ERP alerts the seller to fix it promptly.
- Shop & SKU Block Status

Example Use Case: ISV/ERP receives a Webhook indicating a SKU/shop is blocked and stops preparing them for FBS fulfillment so seller can do the necessary updates on Shopee Seller Center.
- Real-time Inventory & Inventory Change Push
Real-time query: Retrieve inventory details identical to Seller Center
Push: fbs_sellable_stock
Example Use Case: The ISV/ERP warehouse module retrieves the latest inventory and instantly receives Push updates when stock changes.

背景

示例场景：ISV/ERP仓储模块可直接获取最新可用库存，并在库存变动时第一时间收到 Push 更新，避免超卖或库存差异。
