[TW] Significant OpenAPI Updates for Logistics Channel 30029 (蝦皮店到店

Shopee now fully supports the logistics channel 30029 (蝦皮店到店 - 環保無包裝). Please refer to the detailed information below:

Logistics Channel Basic Information

- Channel Name: 蝦皮店到店 - 環保無包裝

- Channel ID: 30029

Business Operation Mode

2.1 Automatic Order Splitting

For orders with logistics channel 30029, when the order status becomes "READY_TO_SHIP", the system will automatically split the order into multiple packages based on the quantity of each item (Quantity Level).

For example, if an order contains 3 bottles of milk tea and 2 bottles of black tea, the system will automatically split it into 5 packages, each containing 1 quantity.

2.2 Arrange Shipment Process

When using logistics channel 30029 to ship items, sellers no longer need to pack by order level. The steps are:

Attach the Unpackaged SKU ID Label to each item
Pack items together in a shipping carton by sorting_group and attach the TO Label on the shipping carton

Open API Updates

Note: The logistics channel 30029 automatically splits orders. Be sure to get package level information while using Order and Logistics related APIs to avoid missing details.

3.1 New API: Query item’s Unpackaged SKU ID

- API: v2.product.search_unpackaged_model_list

- Function: Query the Unpackaged SKU ID for items that have logistics channel 30029 enabled

- Requirement: The item must have logistics channel 30029 enabled

3.2 New Field: Get package level sorting_group

- New Field: sorting_group

- Condition: Can be obtained when the package fulfillment status becomes "LOGISTICS_REQUEST_CREATED". This field is used for package sorting

- Applicable APIs:

- v2.order.get_order_detail (Note: Must include package_list in the response_optional_fields to get the package level sorting_group)

- v2.order.search_package_list (Supports filtering packages by sorting_group)

- v2.order.get_package_detail

3.3 New Shipping Document Type: Unpackaged SKU ID Label (THERMAL_UNPACKAGED_LABEL)

- Document Type: THERMAL_UNPACKAGED_LABEL

- Channel Note: Orders in logistics channel 30029 only support this type

- Applicable APIs:

- v2.logistics.get_shipping_document_parameter

- v2.logistics.create_shipping_document

- v2.logistics.get_shipping_document_result

- v2.logistics.download_shipping_document

3.4 New Fields: Data Required for Self-design Unpackaged SKU ID Label

- API: v2.logistics.get_shipping_document_data_info

- New Fields:

- unpackaged_sku_id: Shopee’s unique item code for unpackage shipping channel

- unpackaged_sku_id_qrcode: QR Code for the corresponding Unpackaged SKU ID

- Purpose: Provides developers with the necessary data to self-design the Unpackaged SKU ID Label

3.5 New API: Download TO Label (For Packing)

- API: v2.logistics.download_to_label

- Function: Download TO Label for packing identification (to be attached on the outside of the shipping carton)

- Note: Please call the v2.logistics.download_to_label API separately for each shipping carton to download the individual TO Label file and attach it to the corresponding carton

3.6 New APIs: Pre-Print Unpackaged SKU ID Label Before Order Creation

- APIs:

- v2.logistics.create_shipping_document_job: Create a print job

- v2.logistics.get_shipping_document_job_status: Get the job status

- v2.logistics.download_shipping_document_job: Download the label files

- Prerequisites:

- The item must have logistics channel 30029 enabled

- Allows pre-printing Unpackaged SKU ID Label for items even before order creation, for advanced labeling and preparation

Policy Update for Self-Design Label (Only for THERMAL_UNPACKAGED_LABEL)

If you are self-designing Unpackaged SKU ID Label, please follow these guidelines:

- QR Code Generation Rules:

- ECI mode is not allowed.

- Avoid embedding UTF-8 or other encoding declarations in the QR code.

- Custom Area Display Rules:

- Font size and line-break restrictions have been removed.

- Ensure that custom areas do not affect the display or layout of non-custom areas.
