Open API Send Message Limitation – New Effective Date: July 30, 2025

To ensure a smoother transition, Shopee will postpone the enforcement date of the message validation mechanism from July 5, 2025 to July 30, 2025.

This mechanism is intended to reduce unnecessary messages and enhance the buyer experience. It applies to the following OpenAPI endpoints:

v2.sellerchat.send_message

v2.sellerchat.send_autoreply_message

Please make sure to complete any necessary system adjustments before July 30, 2025, to avoid potential impact.

Other than the change in the effective date, the original announcement remains unchanged..
