§1 One AWB Update for Direct Selling Programme

We’re reaching out to share an important update regarding Direct Selling Programme order fulfillment.
§2 Background
Background
- Shopee previously launched Direct Selling Programme to support local sellers to open Direct Cross Border Shops and sell products overseas. For more details, please refer to: [Important] Support Local Sellers’ Cross Border Direct Selling Mode.
- To provide a great buyer experience in terms of delivery speed, we’re launching a logistics improvement project with a more streamlined and efficient operational process. As part of this improvement, one airway bill (1-AWB) will be introduced for selected markets/lanes under the Direct Selling Programme.

| #2 Call different OpenAPI to print Standard AWB | 1. If the order is 1-AWB, call v2.logistics.download_shipping_document to directly download the AWB document to ensure the end-to-end logistics can use the 1-AWB. 2. Do not use v2.logistics.get_shipping_document_data_info to retrieve shipping document data and print self-designed AWB. This will result in an error: "Not allowed to self design AWB." 3. Kindly allow for a few seconds after arranging shipment before printing AWB, so that the system can generate the last-mile tracking numbers accurately. Suggested delay time: 3–5 seconds (to ensure complete label information). 4. Failure to comply may result in parcels being rejected for pickup/dropoff, and delays/cancellations in fulfillment. Note: Unless restricted by system or process, it is recommended to fully adopt v2.logistics.download_shipping_document for all orders. | To ensure 1-AWB is printed and pasted onto 1-AWB orders |

The Direct Selling Programme will be rolled out in phases in different regions. Please complete the above required technical changes and use AWB paper size of 10cm x 15cm for AWB printing before the following timeline.
