Significant Open API Updates

Dear Developer,

Please note the following changes:

1. To optimize the RRAOC (Returns and Refunds after Order Completed) function, v2.order.get_order_detail has provided the "return_request_due_date" response parameter to indicate the deadline for buyers to initiate returns and refunds after order is completed, which was previously only available to TW local sellers and will now be available to all sellers in all RRAOC-enabled regions.

The “return_request_due_date” response parameter will be returned if the requested order meets ALL the conditions below:

- The status of the order is COMPLETED

- The return refund eligibility of the order is true

2. To help CB sellers better understand and improve the Fast Handover Rate performance, Shopee introduce 3 new metrics, the updates are as follows:
