§1 [Important][PH] SPX-FEX 4PL Multi-Leg Channel Integration
Dear Developers,
The updates below are applicable to Shopee PH local sellers only.
Beginning on May 7, SPX PH will be launching a 4PL integration partnership with Flash Express (FEX) to expand their serviceable area coverage. Certain SPX orders will be fulfilled at the last mile by FEX.
Both SPX and FEX sort code information will need to be displayed on Air Waybills (AWBs) for SPX-FEX 4PL orders.
Buyers and Sellers will still see SPX Express as their main channel.
Both SPX-SPX (SPX Only) and SPX-FEX orders will still show “SPX Express” as the logistics channel/shipping carrier. To differentiate between SPX-SPX and SPX-FEX orders, please check the “second_recipient_sort_code” value in the v2.get_shipping document_data_info API response (see sample API response below.)

When customizing AWBs for SPX, FEX, and SPX-FEX orders, please take note of the following requirements. Failure to comply may result in parcels being rejected for pickup/dropoff or delays in fulfillment.
Required Information
*For SPX-FEX and FEX orders, the 3rd and 4th digits of the first_recipient_sort_code must be in a larger font size.
Always follow the prescribed 3PL AWB format to avoid 3PL operational problems (returns/lost/other losses). For more information, please refer to [PH] Shopee 3PL Airway Bill Requirements article.
To avoid operational issues, we strongly advise you to please use the Shopee system-generated AWBs using the following APIs until you are able to support the necessary design changes:
1.v2.logistics.get_shipping_document_parameter
2.v2.logistics.create_shipping_document
3.v2.logistics.get_shipping_document_result
4.v2.logistics.download_shipping_document

The format of the tracking_number will be different for SPX orders arranged for shipment after launch.
SPX-SPX orders will have a null second_recipient_sort_code value.

SPX-FEX orders will have a second_recipient_sort_code value.

自2024 年 5 月 7 日起，菲律宾的 SPX 物流将与 Flash Express 物流合并以扩大服务范围。
部分 SPX 订单的最后一公里将由 FEX 物流履行。SPX-FEX 4PL 订单的物流提单上需同时出现 SPX 和 FEX 的分拣码信息。
买卖双方看到的主要物流渠道仍为 SPX Express。
SPX-SPX（仅使用 SPX）订单和 SPX-FEX 订单的订单履行物流仍将显示 SPX Express。为区分这两种订单，请检查 v2.get_shipping document_data_info API 代码中的 “second_recipient_sort_code” 数值（参阅下列示例）。

定制 SPX，FEX 和 SPX-FEX 订单的物流提单格式时，请注意下列要求。无法达到下列要求或导致订单因包裹被拒收而延迟履行。
*SPX-FEX 和 FEX 订单的 first_recipient_sort_code 的第三个和第四个数字的字号需加大。

为避免运营受限，我们强烈建议您按顺序调用下列 API 使用 Shopee 系统生成的物流单，直到您可以自行更新物流提单的格式设计：

4.v2.logistics.download_shipping_document
