[Important] Significant Open API Updates For CNSC and KRSC sellers

Please find below updates and update with the new fields as soon as possible:

1.For v2.shop_get_shop_info

Add two new response fields "is_updated_cbsc" and "merchant_id"

Planning to sunset two response fields "is_cnsc"and "shop_cbsc"

2.For v2.merchant.get_merchant_info, planning to sunset one response fields "is_cnsc".
