[For your action] Sunset "recipient_addr" field in Customized Airway Bill API

Dear Developer,

[Kindly Reminder] This is a reissue announcement for developers who have not updated this new customized airway bill, please update the logic of your customized airway bill as soon as possible to reduce the chances of misdelivery, missort and parcel rejection.

API: v2.logistics.get_shipping_document_data_info .

As part of our efforts to enhance buyers’ privacy, we add v2.logistics.get_shipping_document_data_info to use for customized airway bills. Only if the request parameter is filled with "receive_address_info", the response will return the buyer information, otherwise it will not return.

The buyer information will be returned as a png image encoded in base 64 bit form, rather than the raw data, this change only takes effect at "name", "phone", "full_address", "town", "district", "city", "state", "region", "zipcode", the other fields have no change.

We will sunset the response field "recipient_addr" of v2.logistics.get_shipping_document_data_info in Late September 2023, the specific date will be announced later, please update the logic of getting buyer PII info to request "receive_address_info" in the request body.

作为买家信息保护政策的一部分，接口v2.logistics.get_shipping_document_data_info用于自画面单，只有对"recipient_address_info"字段入参，才可以获取到买家信息，否则将无法获取。

买家信息将会以base 64位形式的png图片编码返回，不直接以字段的形式返回，其中涉及的买家信息包括："name", "phone", "full_address", "town", "district", "city", "state", "region", "zipcode"。 其他字段不受影响。

我们将在 2023 年 9 月下旬下线返回体中 "recipient_addr"字段，请更新获取买家 PII 信息的逻辑: 在请求体中请求 "receive_address_info"来获取。
