Dear Developers,
1.[MY] Important Update for Shipping Carrier Airway Bill
The updates below are applicable to Shopee MY local sellers only.
Effective 10 July 2023, the following channel will have some changes on the Airway Bill layouts.
Action to take from developers,
Get Shipping Document Data Info API
-When calling the following API V2.logistics.get_shipping_document_info, there are some changes on Airway Bill layout if the Response body field “shipping_carrier" return the shipping carriers below:

Shopee Xpress (West Malaysia) 20088 Airway Bill Sample:
Changes Required in Shopee Xpress (West Malaysia) 20088:
1.Add a small header “Buyer Details (FWD)” on top of the existing forward sort code
2.Remove the existing return sort code ("return_first_sort_code") *refer to the response body sample below
3.Remove buyer’s postcode
4.Reposition home/office tag, QR code, barcode & SPX tracking number to be slightly above
5.Add a smaller header “Seller Details (RTS)” at the bottom of existing barcode with return sort code (“return_first_sort_code”) followed by zone code ("zone_code") at the bottom *refer to the response body sample below

1.Reposition the home/office tag, QR code, barcode & SPX tracking number to be above the buyer’s postcode
2.Move buyer’s postcode to be under the barcode

4.Reposition home/office tag, QR code, barcode & SPX tracking number to be slightly above
5.Add a smaller header “Seller Details (RTS)” at the bottom of existing barcode with return sort code (“return_first_sort_code”) followed by zone code ("zone_code") at the bottom *refer to the response body sample below
