Significant OpenAPI Updates

Dear Developer,

Please note the following changes:

1.v2.returns.get_return_list API supports filtering by update time, adding new fields "update_time_from" and "update_time_to"

The update below on AWBs is only applicable to developers who provide customized AWBs for all PH sellers including CB and local.

Please be advised that starting June 21, we will be prohibiting the display of buyer and seller contact numbers found on customized AWBs for all couriers in PH. This is to comply with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 and to protect our buyers and sellers from potential fraud.

Please take note that all customized AWB should comply with this new guideline by 30 June 2023.

Q1.How will buyers know how to contact sellers if seller contact information is not displayed on the AWB?

A. Buyers can reach out to sellers via Shopee’s in-app chat if they have questions or concerns regarding their orders.

Q2.How will riders know how to contact buyers/sellers if their contact information is not displayed on the AWB?

A. Riders have access to both buyer and seller contact information through their apps. Withholding such personal information from being displayed on AWBs will prevent unauthorized parties from viewing them.
