[Important] Tightening of Access to Buyer's Information on Open API

Dear Developers,

As part of our continued efforts to enhance buyer’s privacy and data security, Shopee will be limiting access to buyer information as part of the fulfillment process. Hence, the buyer’s phone number and name will be masked across the entire fulfillment process under the v2.order.get_order_details API for all markets for all local sellers.Starting from the dates listed in the table below:

Highlight Tips：

The information of buyers in SG (including name, address, and contact number) will be fully masked across the entire fulfillment process from June 1, 2023.

The mask content of different Markets may be different, please refer to the article in the seller's education center.
