Significant OpenAPI Updates

Dear Developers,

Please note the following changes:

1.(Only Apply for TW shop)

According to Taiwan's policies, sellers are required to indicate the brand, model, and certification label number information of telecommunications controlled radio frequency equipment or goods subject to inspection when listing them for sale. Therefore, when adding or updating the aforementioned products, the NCC (applicable to telecommunications controlled radio frequency equipment) / BSMI (applicable to goods subject to inspection) attributes are changed to mandatory fields.

应台湾政策要求，卖家在上架售卖电信管制射频器材/应施检验商品时，需要标明商品的品牌、型号、认证标签号码信息，因此在上架或更新上述商品时，NCC (适用于电信管制射频器材) / BSMI (适用于应施检验商品) 属性改为必填项。
