Significant OpenAPI Updates

Dear Developer,

Please note the following changes:

1.Added the response parameter max_input_value_number in the v2.product.get_attributes and v2.global_product.get_attributes apis, indicating the maximum number of values that can be filled in the attribute.

2.Added new api: v2.public.get_shopee_ip_ranges. This api can obtain the IP addresses of Shopee Open API and Push WebHook. The IP addresses of the live environment and the test environment are different, please obtain them separately.To ensure that you can successfully call APIs and use WebHook, developers who have set up whitelist of IP addresses should get the newest IP addresses from v2.public.get_shopee_ip_range api.

3.Added new APIs for sellers to upload and check evidence through dispute.

v2.returns.convert_image: Convert a specific format and pictures within 10M into url.

v2.returns.upload_proof: Support sellers to upload evidence, through images then converted into URLs.

v2.returns.query_proof:Support sellers to query the evidence uploaded through the upload evidence API.

2.新增接口v2.public.get_shopee_ip_ranges，此接口可以获取到Shopee Open API 和Push Webhook的出口IP地址。正式环境和测试环境的IP地址不同，请分别获取。为了确保您能正常调用API和使用WebHook，请设置了IP地址白名單的用戶通过v2.public.get_shopee_ip_ranges接口拿到最新的IP地址。

v2.returns.convert_image:把特定格式、大小的图片转化成Url
