Significant OpenAPI Updates

尊敬的开发者，请留意以下变动：

1.全球商品和普通商品支持卖家在描述中添加图片，注意，目前只为部分白名单用户开放此富文本描述功能，且我们只在V2.0接口支持此功能。

1）商品对应接口添加description_info 新字段表示富文本描述，原description 字段表示纯文本描述，商品不能同时使用纯文本描述和富文本描述。当卖家使用description_info添加/更新商品时，必须传入description_type=extended。目前不在白名单的用户，description_type可以不传，并默认为纯文本描述；

2）get_item_limit API 新增字段 extended_description_limit 表示富文本描述的限制；

3）v2.media_space.upload_image API 新增字段scene，支持卖家上传富文本描述的图片。

Shopee发布了新的退货退款接口优化，包括：

1)为了更好地保护买家个人信息，在Open API 1.0 以及Open API 2.0中返回的买家邮箱地址进行打码处理

2)在 v2.returns.get_return_list中新增入参return_status, negotiation_status, seller_proof_status, seller_compensation_status

3)在 v2.returns.get_return_detail中新增返参seller_proof, seller_compensation, negotiation, logistics_status, return_pickup_adress

4)新增v2.returns.get_available_solutions接口返回可提供的退货解决方案新增v2.returns.offer接口发起退货退款方案

5)新增v2.returns.accept_offer接口接受买家提出的退货退款方案

Please find below updates:

Global product and product support sellers to add pictures in the description. Note that, now this extended description function is only available for some whitelisted users, and we only support this function in the V2.0 api.

A new field description_info is added to the product corresponding API to represent extended description. The original description field represents plain text description. The product cannot use both plain text description and extended description at the same time. When sellers use description_info to add/update items, description_type=extended must be uploaded. For users who are not currently on the whitelist, the description_type can be omitted, and the description is in plain text by default;
The new field extended_description_limit of get_item_limit API indicates the limit of extended description;
The new field scene of v2.media_space.upload_image API, which supports sellers to upload images used in extended description.
