Significant OpenAPI Updates

尊敬的开发者，请留意以下变动：

1.对于Shopee delete的商品，在被删除90天后，若您尚未确认删除，系统会自动将其变更为admin delete confirmed状态。 对于admin delete confirmed与Seller deleted的商品，在90天之后，会在数据库中永久删除，导致您无法查询到此商品的任何信息。 故请在商品的item_status变为deleted相关状态后的90天内及时保存数据，避免数据丢失造成的影响。

2.在v2.discount.get_discount_list接口的请求参数中新增update_time_from和update_time_to字段信息，以支持用户使用更新时间筛选条件进行获取所选时间段内有更新的折扣活动信息，提升用户运营管理折扣活动信息效率，请及时进行同步更新。

Please find below updates:

1. For items deleted by Shopee, after 90 days, if you have not confirmed the deletion, it will be automatically changed to the "admin deletion confirmed" status. For the product of "Seller deleted"and "admin deletion confirmed", it will be deleted in the database after 90 days. As a result, you cannot find any information about this product. Therefore, please save the data in time within 90 days after the item_status of the product changes to the "deleted" to avoid the impact of data loss.
