Significant Open API Updates

尊敬的开发者，请留意以下变动:

1.GetOrderDetail、V2.get_order_detail、MyIncome 、get_escrow_detail均新增加了reverse_shipping_fee字段，用来表示当buyer尝试退回购买的产品时，退货产生的运费。

2.V2.get_order_detail支持返回订单中model维度的图片信息，新增字段image_info和image_url，包括SIP A shop的订单同样支持查询订单中model的图片。

3.v2.global_product.get_global_item_list支持通过更新时间筛选，新增字段update_time_from和update_time_to

4. v2.logistics.get_channel_list新增返参字段dimension_sum, 表示使用该渠道的物品的长宽高总和的限制

Please find below updates:

1.GetOrderDetail、V2.get_order_detail、MyIncome 、get_escrow_detail will add a reverse_shipping_fee parameter to indicate the shipping fee when the buyer is trying to return the products and creating the returning shipping fee.
