This announcement is to inform you that for orders using logistics channel: 30020(新竹物流), the size of the AWB files downloaded via the Shopee system will be changed. Please ensure that your printing settings can accommodate the new size.

Summary of Changes

● The downloaded waybill file size will change as follows:

○ Overall file size(width * height): 11cm*11.5cm

○ Actual print area(width * height): 10cm*10.5cm

● Sample

*This change only modifies the file size of the AWB and does not adjust the content of the AWB or the API integration specifications.
