§1 [VN] Support New Channel Tủ nhận hàng - SPX
Dear Developers,
- Applicability
The updates below are effective for selected Shopee VN local sellers only.
- Background & Update Details
Shopee VN is introducing a new integrated logistics channel, Tủ nhận hàng - SPX, which allows buyers to collect their orders from SPX lockers.
This channel is managed by SPX Express and only supports prepaid payments, so COD is not currently supported.
The maximum order value allowed for this channel is 3,000,000 VND.

- Action to Take from Developers
● Update Integration Logic: Support the new logistics_channel_id 50052.
● AWB Customization: Display the text TỦ NHẬN HÀNG SPX clearly under the Shopee logo on the printed label.
● Validation Logic: Ensure product weight and dimensions do not exceed the channel limits.
● Fulfillment Logic: The handling deadlines and shipping service level agreements (SLA) for this channel are identical to the standard Express channel.
● Timeline Configuration: Developers should configure system alerts based on the 14:00 cut-off time:
○ Orders before 14:00: Arrange shipment by 23:59 same day.
○ Orders after 14:00: Arrange shipment by 23:59 the next day.

此渠道由 SPX Express 管理，仅支持预付费，因此目前不支持货到付款（COD）。
该渠道允许的最高订单金额为 3,000,000 越南盾。

○ 14:00 后订单：需在次日 23:59 前安排发货
