Applicability

The updates below are effective for selected Shopee MY local sellers only.

Background & Update Details

Please note that starting from 20 Apr 2026, Self Collection Point (SPX Express) (Channel ID: 20097) will have some changes on the Airway Bill (AWB) template.

Action to take from Developers

Self-designed Air Waybill (AWB) is not encouraged for this logistics channel. Developers must use the Shopee System AWB.

To obtain the Shopee System AWB, developers must follow the API flow by calling:

v2.logistics.get_shipping_document_parameter→ v2.logistics.create_shipping_document → v2.logistics.get_shipping_document_result →v2.logistics.download_shipping_document.

If you insist on using a self-designed AWB, it may lack of essential information required for 3PL fulfillment or contain incorrect details, resulting in your parcel being undeliverable to the buyer.

我们不鼓励开发者使用自画面单，必须使用 Shopee 系统面单。获取 Shopee 系统面单，开发者必须按照以下 API 调用流程操作：v2.logistics.get_shipping_document_parameter → v2.logistics.create_shipping_document → v2.logistics.get_shipping_document_result→ v2.logistics.download_shipping_document。如果您坚持使用自画面单，则可能缺少第三方物流 (3PL) 履行所需的关键信息或包含错误信息，导致您的包裹无法送达买家。
