Dear Developer,

To streamline our logistics services, we are merging logistic channels 30017 and 30030. Post-merger, 30017 channel will serve as the remaining channel, with an expanded size capacity.

Summary of Changes

1. Key Changes for 30017 channel

● The channel name will be updated to "店到家宅配".

● A new “size_id”: 4 will be added to support parcels between “106-150cm”.

● Effective Date: April 13, 2026

2. Sunset of 30030 channel

● Buyers will no longer be able to place orders through this channel starting from April 13, 2026.

● Sellers must ship out all pending orders using this channel by June 14, 2026, 23:59:59 (GMT+8).

3. Data adjustment for existing items

For items currently only enabled 30030 channel, Shopee will automatically enable 30017 channel and set the size_id to 4.

*The migration process starts from April 13, 2026. The full release will be dependent on the situation of the day.

**This adjustment applies only if you have accepted the terms announced in the Seller Center.

If your shop is affected, please call “v2.product.get_item_base_info” API after the adjustment period to synchronize and update your database with the latest item information.

針對目前僅開啟物流選項 30030 的商品，蝦皮將自動為其開啟物流選項 30017 並將 size_id 設定為 4。

*資料調整時程將自 2026 年 04 月 13 日起開始，具體全數調整完成時間依當日情況為主

**此調整僅適用該賣家已於蝦皮賣家中心同意公告條款。

如果您的賣場商品在調整的範圍內，請在資料調整期結束後調用 “v2.product.get_item_base_info” API，以同步最新的商品資料至您的系統資料庫。
