[Important][PH] Updated AWB Requirements for SPX Channels

Dear Developers, The updates below are applicable to Shopee PH local and crossborder sellers only.

Affected Logistics Channels

Required Information

When calling the v2.logistics.get_shipping_document_data_info API, please ensure that you update your custom AWBs to reflect the following changes by the live date. Failure to comply may result in parcels being rejected for pickup/dropoff, delays in fulfillment, and developer penalties such as restrictions on API access and new shop authorizations.

Always follow the prescribed 3PL AWB format to avoid 3PL operational problems (returns/lost/other losses). For more information, please refer to [PH] Shopee 3PL Airway Bill Requirements article.

To avoid operational issues, we strongly advise you to please use the Shopee system-generated AWBs using the following APIs until you are able to support the necessary design changes:

• v2.logistics.create_shipping_document
• v2.logistics.get_shipping_document_result
• V2.logistics.download_shipping_document
