§1 [MY] Important Update for Self Collection Point (SPX Express)

Dear Developers,

The updates below are applicable to selected Shopee MY local sellers only.

Airway Bill (AWB) Template Update for Self Collection Point (SPX Express)

Please note that starting from 24 April 2025, Self Collection Point (SPX Express) (Channel ID: 20097) will have some changes on the Airway Bill (AWB) template.

When the API v2.order.get_order_detail returns 20097 under the parameter logistics_channel_id, self-design AWB is not allowed, developers will need to follow the call flow to get the correct Airway Bill (AWB) labels. For more info can refer to the “Arrange Shipment” section from v2 API call Flow.

If you insist on using a self-designed AWB, it may lack of essential information required for 3PL fulfillment or contain incorrect details, resulting in your parcel being undeliverable to the buyer.

Below are some samples of the new Airway Bill (AWB) layout generated by the system when the Response Body v2.order.get_order_detail.logistics_channel_id returns 20097

关于SPX Express (East Malaysia) 的面单模板更新

请注意，从2025年4月24日开始，Self Collection Point (SPX Express)（Channel ID：20097）的面单模板将进行一些更改。

当 v2.order.get_order_detail 的响应参数 logistics_channel_id 返回 20097 时，不允许自画面单。开发者需要按照调用流程获取正确的运单（AWB）标签。有关更多信息，请参阅V2.0 API Call Flow中的 “Arrange Shipment” 部分。

如果您坚持自画面单（AWB），可能会缺少3PL（第三方物流）履约所需的必要信息，或包含错误的细节，从而导致您的包裹无法送达买家。

当v2.order.get_order_detail 的响应参数 logistics_channel_id 返回 20097 时，系统生成的面单（AWB）新格式如下。
