§1 [MY] Important Update for Open Platform AWB API - Shopee Express (East Malaysia)

Dear Developers,

The updates below are applicable to selected Shopee MY local sellers only.

Airway Bill (AWB) Template Update for Shipping Carrier

Please note that starting from 3 Oct 2024, SPX (East Malaysia) (Channel ID: 20033) will have some changes on the Airway Bill (AWB) template.

Important Note:

Do note that this shipping carrier "SPX Express (East Malaysia)” (Channel ID: 20033) is a fulfillment channel under the masked channel “Doorstep Delivery” (Channel ID: 2000).

When the API v2.order.get_order_detail returns SPX Express (East Malaysia) under the parameter "shipping_carrier", self-design AWB is not allowed, developers will need to follow the call flow to get the correct system Airway Bill (AWB) labels. For more info can refer to the “Arrange Shipment” section from V2.0 API Call Flow.

If you insist on using a self-designed AWB, it may lack of essential information required for 3PL fulfillment or contain incorrect details, resulting in your parcel being undeliverable to the buyer.

Below is a sample of the new Airway Bill (AWB) layout generated by the Shopee system when the Response Body v2.order.get_order_detail.shipping_carrier returns SPX Express (East Malaysia):

请注意，"SPX Express (East Malaysia)” （渠道ID: 20033）是在 Doorstep Delivery （渠道ID: 2000）包装/虚拟物流渠道下的一个履约物流渠道。

当 API v2.order.get_order_detail 的 "shipping_carrier" 字段返回 SPX Express (East Malaysia) 时, 自行设计运单（AWB）是不被允许的。开发者需要按照调用流程获取并打印Shopee系统运单（AWB）标签。有关更多信息，请参阅V2.0 API Call Flow 中的 “Arrange Shipment” 部分。

如果您坚持使用自设计的运单（AWB），可能会缺少3PL（第三方物流）履约所需的必要信息，或包含错误的细节，从而导致您的包裹无法送达买家。
