§1 [CB] Important Update for Open Platform AWB API-18080 - 5 day delivery (SPX)

Dear Developers,

The updates below are applicable to Shopee Non-CN Cross Border Sellers only (MY seller selling to SG directly, excluding SIP sellers).

Affected channel id: 18080 - 5 day delivery (SPX)

Action Required:

If the orders are from channel "18080 - 5 day delivery (SPX)", please refrain from using v2.logistics.get_shipping_document_data_info

to retrieve shipping document data and print self drawn AWB.

Please use Shopee system AWB by calling the following APIs one by one, directly download the AWB document to make sure the AWB can be scanned by the pickup vendor.

a. v2.logistics.get_shipping_document_parameter

b.v2.logistics.create_shipping_document

c.v2.logistics.get_shippping_document_result

d.v2.logistics.download_shipping_document

3 ) Please wait 3 to 5 seconds to call v2.logistics.download_shipping_document after getting "READY" status from v2.logistics.get_shipping_document_result to allow the AWB to retrieve all information from the system for 18080 - 5 day delivery (SPX).

Failure to comply may result in parcels being refused for collection/delivery and delays/cancellations in fulfilment.

1）如果订单来自渠道18080 - 5 day delivery（SPX），请不要使用自画面单接口v2.logistics.get_shipping_document_data_info来获取运输文件数据并打印自绘的面单。

请使用Shopee系统的AWB，逐个调用以下API，直接下载AWB文件，以确保AWB能够被取货商扫描。

a. v2.logistics.get_shipping_document_parameter b.v2.logistics.create_shipping_document_parameter c.v2.logistics.get_shipping_document_result d.v2.logistics.download_shipping_document

从 v2.logistics.get_shipping_document_result 获得 “READY ”状态后，请等待 3 至 5 秒钟再调用 v2.logistics.download_shipping_document，以便 AWB 从系统中检索 18080 - 5 天交货（SPX）的所有信息。

未能遵守可能导致包裹被拒绝取件/投放，并延迟/取消履行。
