[MY] Important Update for Open Platform AWB API - Shopee Express (Sea Shipping)

Dear Developers,

The updates below are effective for selected Shopee MY seller only.

Introducing New Shipping Carrier

1. Please note that starting from 31 May 2024, "Shopee Express (Sea Shipping)” (Channel ID: 20078) will be a new shipping carrier parked under Doorstep Delivery (Sea Shipping) (Channel ID: 2001) logistic channel.

Affected Logistics Channels

Do note that there is an existing fulfillment channel in the same masked channel that will be sharing the same “shipping carrier” with this new channel.

Kindly note the changes for the response data in the response body regarding Shipping Carrier Related APIs.

Scenario

When developers call v2.logistics.get_shipping_document_data_info and v2.order.get_order_detail, the response body will be as follows:

Action to take from developers

When calling this API “v2.logistics.get_shipping_document_data_info”, if the response body field “logistics_channel_id" returns the channel ID "20078", the developer should hardcode the wording "SEA" under Order Details (Courier) at the top right of the AWB.

1. 自2024年5月31日起， "Shopee Express (Sea Shipping)” (Channel ID: 20078) 将会是在 Doorstep Delivery (Sea Shipping) (Channel ID: 2001) 包装/虚拟物流渠道下的一个新的履约物流渠道。

受影响的物流渠道

目前在相同的包装/虚拟物流渠道下已有一个与这个新渠道使用相同“shipping carrier”的履约物流渠道。

请注意shipping_carrier字段，新的履约渠道（channel_id=20078）与之前的一个履约渠道（channel_id=20077）使用同一个名字。

开发者需采取的行动

在调用自画面单API “v2.logistics.get_shipping_document_data_info” 时，如果响应体字段 “logistics_channel_id" 返回渠道ID "20078"，开发者须于运单 (AWB) 右上区的 Order Details (Courier) 部份硬编 "SEA" 的字眼。
