Dear Developers,

Please find the following updates below are effective for Shopee MY local seller only.

Shipping Carrier Channel The Lorry Updates

The updates below are effective for Shopee MY seller only.

Note: Only selected sellers have The Lorry as part of their shipping option.

We will be moving The Lorry (Channel ID: 20022) from Standard Delivery (Channel ID: 2000) to a new channel known as Bulky & Heavy Delivery (Channel ID: 2100). This is to ensure you can ship out the bulky items up to 500kg to the buyers.

Hence, effective 21 December 2022 for the placed orders, you will no longer see The Lorry (Channel ID: 20022) parked under Standard Delivery (Channel ID: 2000).

Introducing New Masked Channel - Bulky and Heavy Delivery

New delivery channel introduced to sellers is Bulky & Heavy Delivery (Channel ID: 2100). This new channel consists of two shipping carrier channels which are The Lorry (Channel ID: 20022), J&T Cargo (>30kg) (Channel ID: 20100). Bulky & Heavy Delivery is applicable for deliveries within West Malaysia only.

Note: Only selected sellers have Bulky & Heavy Delivery as the logistic channel.

Introducing J&T Cargo (>30kg) As A New Shipping Carrier Channel

Please note that starting from 21 Dec 2022, Shopee will rollout a new shipping carrier channel called "J&T Cargo (> 30kg) (Channel ID: 20100)'' which is parked under the Heavy & Bulky Delivery (Channel ID: 2100). It will be opened to selected sellers who are selling 30kg or more for the bulky items.

Action to take from developers:

-When calling these 2 APIs "shopee.logistics.GetOrderLogistics" & "V2.logistics.get_shipping_document_data_info"

If the Response body field "shipping_carrier" returns the "shipping_carrier" named "J&T Cargo (>30kg)", the developer should hardcode the wording "CARGO" under Order Details (Courier) at the top right of the AWB.
