§1 [Important] Penalties for Poor API Performance
Dear Developers,
To ensure a reliable and high-quality experience for sellers and buyers, developers are required to maintain an API success rate above 90%.
If your app records a poor API success rate for 7 consecutive days, a warning will be issued, and you will be notified via email. Developers will then have 7 days to improve their API performance.
Important: If API performance does not improve after the 7-day improvement period, penalties will be applied, including:

| API limit reduction | Daily API call limits will be reduced based on developers’ recent API usage performance |
Once API performance meets the required standard, any related warnings or penalties will be automatically lifted the following day. Immediate removal is not supported.
We encourage all developers to actively monitor their API performance via the API Calls Statistics Dashboard on Open Platform Console and address issues promptly to avoid service disruption.

为确保卖家和买家获得稳定、高质量的使用体验，开发者需将 API 成功率维持在 90% 以上。

当开发者成功改善 API 性能后，系统将自动进行重新评估。若 API 性能达到要求，相关警告或处罚将于次日自动解除。警告或处罚无法立刻解除。
我们建议开发者通过 Open Platform 控制台中的 API Calls Statistics Dashboard 持续关注 API 性能，并及时处理相关问题，以避免服务中断。
