§1 Important updates for Open Platform Chat API
Dear Developers,
Please note that Shopee Open Platform is in the midst of revising our policy for Chat API to improve buyer experience.
With effect from 15 October 2021, we will not be accepting new applications for access to our Chat API, and the Chat API will only be accessible to our existing whitelisted developers.
We will be providing further information once the policy has been finalized. Thank you for your patience.

Shopee 开放平台正在修改 Chat API 政策以改善买家体验。
自 2021年10月15 日起，将不再接受新的Customer Service app申请，并且 Chat API 将仅可供我们现有的白名单开发人员访问。
