Important reminder for Open Platform policies

Dear Developer,

Following our announcements of updates to the Open Platform policies on 15 May 2021 and 7 September 2021, please be reminded that Shopee will impose penalties or restrictions to your APP(s) if the following actions are not completed by 18 October 2021:

1.Acknowledge the new Data Protection Policy via your Open Platform Console, if you registered your account before 16 April 2021.

2.Third-party Partner Platforms should update your Partner Platform profile and fill in all required fields.

3.Third-party Partner Platforms should also declare their IT assets by completing the Third-party Partner Platform (ISV) Update Form. By sharing information such as IP addresses and domain names, it will help us better understand if your data security measures are in place.
